WHAT WE SHOUT NOT DO FOR THE ECONOMI GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT 

Bardia Palahang , the sagacious Managing Director of Bentati , has a rare  admirable  proficiency in the classical  Persian contexts and literature, especially in territorial Persian Cultural and Gnostic Literature. 

 More importantly is his talent and sound taste skills in using of these Gnostic contexts at the hard and harsh economical, production and trade subjects, that with his exemplary delicacy, he changes such tough and rough subjects into a sweet audible conceptual by getting assistance from mystical Persian (Parsi or Farsi) prose and poetry.

In the inauguration occasion of the 13^th Annual International House Hold Exhibition in Tehran, we got an opportunity to interview with learned literary Managing Director of BENTATI with regard of the local economy and production, that Mr. Palahang by getting assistance from the same rich Persian mystical contexts, replied to our questions by his appropriate applicable answers which persuades the readers to hesitate and profound thinking.

Mr. Palahang believes that to be on the right path of Economy Growth and Development, we shall be away and avoid of any conspiracy, falsehood, inversion and imitations; so that the almighty god granting us virtual capabilities and bestow his blessings of plentiful productions.

How do you assess the current economy growth and development in large and small scale of trades?

The Words “Growth” and “Development” shall be used in the cases that foundations have been shaped correctly and all the affairs are advancing at the equal and uncial direction. Uncial in this means moving toward the target and to be on the same path and staying in the same path.

Therefore, with such definition we shall say that in a country that infra alphabetical and not ultra alphabetical basic regulations are not being observed, many exemplary disabilities exists; basically using of the word “growth”, is meaningless. 

In a whole definition I shall say, Current economical situation in the country is as same as our driving situation, our driving situation is alike as our road and highways situation and in the same manners are all our house and property sector, art and cultural heritage sector, schools, universities and educational sector, even in our mortuaries cemeteries sector.

In fact in a word I shall say a disciplinary example is there, and that is the lack of discipline, unobserving of rules and regulations and disrespecting fundamental principles.

With such explanations, do you still thinking the situation is hopeful?

If your viewpoint is me, I shall say it is not clear for me yet and by trusting in almighty Allah and with the principal capital of the Bentati Company which is our human resources, we continue to keep moving forward and we will do our best possible to serve people and for the sake of our country, since we believe serving as our duty and responsibility, and in this case and pathway I believe I am indebted to my homeland, and I hope the almighty Allah grant me the eligibility and success of this services to this humble servant.   

His holiness Moulana Jalaleddin Roumi states that:

Perform an act of service for the Creator’s sake

What hast thou to do with being accepted or rejected by the people?

But this is the fact that in the most countries which have not a recorded historical, cultural and civilizations greater than us, some people in a form of a group, organization or company, have allocated a define time in the course of the day or night, and their duties are the same preoccupations and troubles, which are facing in all their responsibilities that have been defined in a frame work of proficiency and in each course they will reach to a specified exits.

But in our country these Humans humiliated in such manner that for many of them whom work with honestly and honorable, having a house and a good car become a dream, which is an insult to human dignity. In such embracing situation are you talking of growth and development? In a country which has such attitude toward the mankind the superior of the beings, growth and development is wrong expectation.

As far as we know you and the Bentati group, the spirit of your group were always being a promising and encouraging hope giving group.

My statements shall not being taken by wrong interpretation; I am jest talking of the plane truth. You should believe that to solve any problem and complicated mater, we shall firstly recognize the real problem correctly, otherwise we will be going in to the wrong way or wasted our valuable time with boring formalities and ultimately problems and difficulties would be more deepen an much complicated to be resolved.    

In act I am a person to solve problems and not to disregard and wipe out the face of question, especially under definition of being “optimistic”, or in the other attractive sentences like “see the half full of the glass”.

When a young boy of 9 years old at 12 O’clock at mid night, with a over large gunny, two times bigger of his size and two times heavier than his weight, among the rubbish in cans on the streets is in searching of his day to day income, means this glass has the other half full!

Some people whom have raised a tumult that these streets beggars after the official time of work, taking their worth cars valid US $ 170, 000 (IR Rials 5000, 000,000) and ride to their Villas, and this statements means erasing the face of questions.

In your view point what steps shall be taken to keep us in the course of the development?

In my view point we should not do something, for example committing treason, falls statements and the similar acts and behaviors as such. When we successfully kept away these entire wrong doings, the almighty Allah enabling and blessing us to serve people and society, then we can resume our good actions and behaviors like Veracity, Trustworthiness, and Responsiveness, Knowledge Obtainment, Researching Activities, Establishing Influential Communication with Addressee, and finally acting in a professional way. Reaching to such position is not tangible rather than resisting in the path of learning of science and earning knowledge that of course according to the His Holiness Moulana which states:

How should a fig be the food (lure) for every bird?

In fact you believe performance of duties professionally is the opening way, isn’t it?

I am certainly believe that,  in a country that employs professional people for any task, always are in better attitude and morality and their misdemeanants surely is much less than the countries that the Posts and positions has been awarded to non professionals and ignorant. Of course I have to add this explanation that the processionals and expertise shall be placed in their relevant occupations and posts.

His Holiness Moulana states:

(If) you put the king in the rook’s place, ‘tis ruin (to the game)

Likewise, (if you put) the horse (knight) in the king’s place, ‘tis the act of an ignoramus

You do know that His Holiness wants to make us to understand that using of different people in deferent positions by caparisoning the excising world with a chessboard and chessman. He states that everybody shall be placed in his owned position otherwise it will be ended by distraction.

By projecting this subject, do you mean we have to use the others experiences?

Yes; and this is a basement that we shall consider and observe. There are thousands of thousands excellent experiences the history that would be very useful and sufficient, but many of us insisting to learn from our experimental experiences, and this and specialties exclusively for some of our directors in our country, that always are involved in inventing wheels! And they are not answerable at all to any authorities.

What is your idea about the plans have been given for the betterment of the current situation?

At all these year, few different solutions and projects has been presented and contributed ,as an example five years plans or hundred day projects. Which project or plans do you conceder?  In fact we have heard and listen to many dandyish plans and words which had no any compatibility with our society.

His Holiness Moulana states:

If you give a babe bread instead of milk

Take it (for granted) that the poor babe will die of the bread

Then what shall be done?

This is the same historical question. A question that any company or country responded, have been reached to the conquest. The professionals and experts only, shall be taken for each post and position.

It is obvious that people should get education, training, and then place them in the pathway that transforms them into the experts and professions. For this purpose the cultural, scientific and artistic centers shall be strengthened, supported, encouraged,  and by have faith along with belief on this method, to reach growth and development in all aspect , for the companies and the country, day and night struggle, which in my believe this is the real that very same holly war ( Jihad).

After the Second World War, a budget and some funds allocated for reconstructions the destructions cause by war, for a European country. The directors in charge in a city spend the most of their budget allocated for reconstructions of scientific, cultural and artistic centers, like universities, schools and conservators like the art schools, centers, galleries; and at the end they emphasized that by having educated, culturally trained, civilized and scholars, we will surly able to build our future and reach to economy desired.

What action has be taken by Bentati in this direction?

As we have already mentioned in our previous discussions, we have explained and described a cultural basement with strong faith and belief on this that “having culturally educated clients is better than uneducated and cultureless clients”, and we should work more specifically and more precisely with extra effort till being able to settle out our debt to our nation and the country in this course.

What kind of action have you implemented in this regards?

I would like to indicate few cases in this regards. One way is to solve problems by involving and entering ourselves in to the cases that faced with a problem, in a scientific way, and very seriously allocating our time for it, till we achieve and reach to a solution.

The other way is that, we have already prepared a time table, which its aim is to provide an immaterial communication based on friendly relation, by a cultural mediation. Therefore we would be able to convey our friendship massages to our communicators and addressers, so that, we are involving them with values definition and we enforce them to increase their knowledge and understandings.  

We have spent exorbitant sums for planning, executing and sending relevant defined functional means of promotional communication. With regard of correct way of dialog and correct way of writing, serious time have been allocated in such a way that our addresses under such impression methods exercising, reading and writing in much appropriated way with regard of Persian literature compeering with previous courses.

Anyway, His holiness stats:

If you give for God’s sake, you will be given bread (in return)

If you give your life for God’s sake, you will be given life (in return)
